Saturday, July 28, will be the date for this year's Sunset Hills family fundraiser for capital improvements. This year, we will again call this event Sunset Daze.
Sunset Daze ticket prices:
Early Sale (prior to July 25): $12 per individual, $45 per immediate family.
Late Sale (July 25-28): $15 per individual, $55 per immediate family.
As always, non-members are welcome for this event, so feel free to invite your friends and neighbors.
In the recent past, we have used capital improvement funds to install new pumps and heaters for the main and baby pool, increase the size of the pool deck, trim and treat existing trees, remove dead trees, install new fencing, sandblast and paint both pools, maintain and update landscaping, install electricity to the shed, and much more.
We are currently looking for donations for this year’s silent auction. Please consider a donation or forward this email to any small business owners you know. The Sunset Hills Recreation Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and donations would be tax-deductible.
Sunset Daze is our annual fundraiser for future development and improvements. This year, the party goes from 4-8 PM on Saturday, July 28th, and the pool will stay open until 9PM. Food and Drinks will be served from 5-7 pm. The more the merrier for this event, so invite your family and friends. Non-members are welcome to this event, and it's always a blast.
Teenagers: you can also earn public service hours and have some fun operating a dunk tank, or a sno-cone or cotton candy machine. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to earn public service hours.
Bring cash because we will again be featuring sno-cones, cotton candy, a bounce house, and a dunk tank. Tickets for these features can be purchased at the door (50 cents/ea). As always, we will also have fabulous items on the silent auction tables. Auction tickets will cost $5 each or 5 for $20.
